What happens when you mix the hottest supercar in the world, some behind-the-scenes action, and copious amounts of dubstep? Well, you get the below video of the 2014 LaFerrari, the terribly named flagship, yet perhaps the most hotly anticipated car, to come from Ferrari this decade.
Ferrari shows us what happens to get all the photos you’ve seen ready for mass consumption. Whether in a studio or on a racetrack, the 2014 LaFerrari looks absolutely stunningâ€"about time since neither of its direct predecessors, the Enzo Ferrari and the Ferrari F50, were much to look at.
And, of course, there’s the dubstep music. Because that seems to be all the rage these days with automakersâ€"that and Foster the People before press conferences. (In other news, we should probably give you a list of all the songs automakers use next week at the New York Auto Show before their new vehicle intros. But we’re not.)
In any case, the LaFerrari has 789 horsepower coming from its 6.3-liter V-12. And if that weren’t enough, it has yet another 163 horsepower coming from an electric motor. That, along with a weight around 3,000 pounds, should help it become one of the fastest, guttural cars on Earth. With a price of more than $ 1 million and a production limited to 499 units, it’ll also be one of the most exclusive cars in the world, too.
